Heya! I'm Riven Harlow.
I'm a nonbinary (they/them) artist and writer. I've only had a short story published in the past (which you can find here on Adelaide Press' website; kindly ignore that they fucked up my formatting 💜) and several full-length novel projects underway!
As for my art, I love to draw witchy characters, creatures, horror subjects, and more when I get a chance between commission work.

Untitled horror - A paranormal mystery/thriller set in rural Missouri, where a young couple and their budding family move into a rundown, two-mansion estate. Little did they know the estate was formerly owned by an extremist cult that died out when its members were ruthlessly murdered by their leaders. Now Elle and her wife, Monroe, are confronted with the echoes left behind.
Flies to Honey (working title; likely to change later) - Another paranormal mystery/thriller, this book centers on Rowan, a non-binary young adult who moved across the country with their mother and younger siblings after the death of their father. Strange happenings begin that Rowan is determined to figure out, despite their mother's insistence on ignoring it all. Slowly, their mother begins to slip into madness, as if the house has placed a grasp on her. Inspired by the supposedly true stories of the Watcher House and the Amityville Horror, this story will be sure to enthrall.
As well as other horror/thriller/mystery novels and a dark high-fantasy novel!

Health update
Going to a dental surgeon for a consult today. Probably going to have surgery sometime next week. Also have a GI consult in a couple weeks, and I’ll have an endoscopy after that. So, my activity is gonna be sporadic. I’ll most likely just be on Naia and All Might for the next couple of weeks.
I was in the ER from 4am until 1pm and I’m so exhausted. At least I have a general idea of what’s wrong now, though.
In the past 72 hours, I’ve been in the ER three times for 5-8 hours each. I’m so tired but we’ve got it figured out and hopefully these meds will start helping me feel better in a few days.
